Compliance-Only Submission

This service does not include any deadline tracking, Amendment drafting or circulation, or communication other than contacting your client to notify them we are sending missing documents on your behalf. Legally we are not permitted to explain contract documents to your client, so we will always refer them back to you as their agent if they have any questions. Note that compliance requests within 24 hours of closing may be subject to rush fees.
