Welcome! My name is Shonica Swain, and I am a renowned Transaction Coordinator who possesses the fundamental passion and expertise necessary to help real estate agents achieve new levels of scaling success. Designing my services on a foundation of integrity, I have an extensive background involving rapid revenue optimization, large-scale marketing, finance/accounting frameworks, and contract to close streamlining, and enjoy every moment of leveraging that to support agents on spearheading their bottom line.

Growing up with humble beginnings, I learned early on in life the value of dedication, persistence, and working hard for what you want in life. With this as my base, it became the catalyst for me to earn an Associates of Science degree in Healthcare Administration and simultaneously pursued a career working in Insurance Authorizations at a high-caliber hospital in Atlanta, GA. During this time, I became professionalized in revenue expansion, averaging $1M a month for insurance reimbursements. Though I took pride in my healthcare career, my interest soon shifted towards real estate after purchasing my first home.

Witnessing the intense stress of home buying sparked me to help my agent and lender by collecting paperwork and submitting documentation on their behalf. This detailed effort resulted in the transaction becoming much more seamless for everyone and inspired my lender to propose that I become a sole operated Transaction Coordinator. After some extensive research, I decided to utilize my strengths in accounting, finance, marketing, and communications to venture down this newfound career path. Since then, I have become a heavily endorsed Transaction Coordinator with a core mission to boost your business and help you focus more on what matters the most – giving your clients the most memorable journey as they take on this new chapter of their lives.

As a professional fueled by fueling others, nothing makes me happier than helping agents excel and deliver them the dynamic transaction support they deserve to solidify a secure, sustainable future. Overall, I have a genuine ardency for transforming business visions into tangible realities and do so all while ensuring everyone involved (even your clients) has cordial experiences along the way. This, in conjunction with my instilled passion for real estate itself, is what positioned me to become the respected transaction asset I am today who is committed to helping you raise the bar for your business, your clients, and the industry.

In the end, I love what I do and continuously stay updated with market changes to foster profitable business growth and reputation for my agents. However, when I am not working, you can often find me watching movies, enjoying gatherings with friends and spending time with my husband and our two beautiful daughters.
